Breakfast Club Supervisor
We require enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated individuals to support our children during our Breakfast Club provision. You should have experience of working with primary age children, be able to build great relationships with them, and use your initiative to organise activities and games. The role also includes serving simple breakfast meals to the children, and being proactive in leading great wrap-around care for our children to start their day.
Position required for 5 hours a week (7.45am–8.45pm), 43.6 weeks per year;
pro rata from P8 £2,791

Key functions of the role will be:
- Supervision of Breakfast Club staff, organising and implementing duty and play rotas.
- The ability to cultivate flourishing relationships with children, colleagues and families.
- The drive to always want to make a difference.
- Experience of working with children from a wide variety of backgrounds including those who are vulnerable and disadvantaged.
- Enthusiasm and energy, and a passion for the role.
- The ability to work cohesively and effectively within a wider team.
- An interest in developing themselves further as professionals.
